Refund Policy

At US4K, we stand behind the quality of our service and believe in our product 100%. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and bring a seamless entertainment experience to your screen. However, we understand that things may not work out for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase or face an issue that we are unable to resolve — making the service unusable — we’re happy to offer a refund.


How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  1. Email us with the subject line: “Request and Refund”.

  2. Include your transaction order ID and a clear description of the issue.

  3. If necessary, attach screenshots or evidence of the problem. We may also provide proof from our side to help explain our position and ensure full transparency in the process.


Refund Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a refund request:

  • Refunds are only granted if the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours after contacting support.

  • You must allow our support team to assist you fully before a refund can be considered.

  • Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of the original purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. For credit card payments, it may take 20 to 31 business days (sometimes up to 90 days) for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. This is managed by the payment processor, not US4K.

  • For purchases older than 72 hours, partial refunds may be granted based on usage, and remaining time.

  • In all cases, a member of our support team will contact you to discuss your refund request.


Important Notes

We cannot issue refunds or partial refunds in the following cases:

  • If the user is unable to set up their own device or app:
    We will provide detailed support and setup guidance, but we are not responsible for hardware limitations or third-party device issues.

  • If some channels occasionally freeze, buffer, or do not work:
    Our service is generally stable, but occasional disruptions can occur due to:

    • Internet fluctuations on the user’s end

    • Device or app misconfiguration

    • ISP-level issues

    • Temporary server-side problems
      These issues are usually short-lived and do not qualify for a refund.

  • If the user changes their mind or wants to switch service/server without any technical issue.


Full Refund or Compensation

If you are unable to access the service for 48+ consecutive hours due to a server-side issue caused by us, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • Extension of your subscription with the lost time added back, plus an additional bonus (based on mutual agreement).
